PERSONAL TRAINING
I provide one-to-one and two-to-one training sessions either in the comfort of your own home or in an outdoor space such as a park.
During our first meeting, I will ask you about your needs, your goals and your medical history.
I will then design a bespoke training programme for you based on your goals.
During your first training session, I will analyse your current fitness level and from there we will set realistic fitness goals.
I will constantly evaluate and adjust your workouts to suit your goals.
In addition to the workouts, I will provide you with nutritional advice in order to help you achieve your goals.
